Custom Core Design & Manufacturing

Production for castings with cores require Custom Core Design and Manufacturing. Our custom cores use a sand and resin mold to create a cavity inside the casting. Each core box is created based on casting specifications.

We provide base molds for pin cores if the customer requires. All other core boxes are custom. Our custom core box solution is the most cost-effective option for producing bulk castings.
